  • １．Clients send requests to MSD through our form
    • （about 1 month before the visit）

    • Let us know the following items:
      • ①date and time of the visit
      • ②the number of attendees
      • ③preferred industries/companies
      • ④preferred visit type (lecture or site visit)
  • ２．MSD negotiates with companies
    • （about 1 month to 3 weeks before the visit）
    • 　
      • MSD will make best efforts to meet the request of clients
      • If clients do not have specific preference to companies, MSD will propose attractive companies in the industry designated by clients.
  • ３．Finalize the appointment with companies
    • （about 3 weeks to 2 weeks before the visit）
    • 　
      • MSD will make best efforts to meet the request of clients.
      • If clients do not have specific preference to companies, MSD will propose attractive companies in the industry designated by clients.
  • ４．Reach an agreement with clients, payment of fees
    • （about 2 weeks to 1 week before the visit）
    • 　
      • MSD will fix the visiting plan with the companies once the clients decide to accept MSD’s plan
      • Clients will pay fees to MSD about 1 weeks before the visit

Fees

⚫︎Application fees: $100 per application

⚫︎Contingent fees: $500 per visit

⚫︎ (Note) If MSD cannot find any potential visiting companies, the application fee will be refunded

⚫︎ (Note) Clients need to pay all fees, including application fees and contingent fees, due to the cancellation after reaching agreement between MSD and clients
